For the last 10 years BERACA’s Biodiversity Enhancement Program has been ensuring traceability in the supply of raw materials from Brazilian biomes. Focused on 58 communities from the Amazon region, the project contributes to improve regional development and to preserve the largest rainforest in the world.
The company’s project was recently presented by director Filipe Sabará at the World Perfumery Congress 2010, held in Cannes. BERACA has also been chosen among leading organizations to conduct a lecture at the upcoming Sustainable Cosmetic Summit, taking place in Paris, October 2010.
