It was endorsed for publication by all ICCR Members, which includes the European Commission - DG Health and Consumers, US Food and Drug Administration, Japanese Ministry of Health, and Health Canada.
The ICCR initiative is a group of cosmetic regulatory authorities from the US, Japan, the EU and Canada, with the purpose of maintaining the highest level of global consumer protection, while minimizing barriers to international trade.
