Skin care company Euoko, based in Canada, has developed the 24 product based skin care line to focus on five different treatment needs, including anti-ageing and skin whitening.
Created using a mixture of marine compounds, fruit extracts and biotechnologically obtained molecules the product range is tapping into a booming desire from consumers to halt and prevent the onslaught of ageing with a more affordable alternative that can be used at home.
"The advanced skin care market is at a key point in its lucrative development. Increasing consumer demand for effective products that deliver visible results coincides with advances in biotechnology, biology, nanotechnology and peptide technology that can deliver such results for the first time in the history of this industry," said Brandon Truaxe, president and CEO of Euoko.
Following three years of research into the product development, the company claims that the range adheres to all current trends that are presiding in the cosmetics industry at present.
The five different ranges attempt to cover all areas of skin care, with the first R Series aimed at the brightening phenomenon - targeting dull skin tones that are associated with the busy life style many consumers lead.
Targeting the more extreme skin-brightening trend, the W Series contains products that actually whiten the skin, a trend popular with ethnic communities who deem pale complexions attractive.
Euoko claim to be innovative in this field, creating the whitening effect without the use of hydroquinone or kojic acid, two commonly used agents with many safety concerns.
Moving onto anti-ageing, the Y Series uses active technology, including peptides, fermentation based derivatives, marine compounds and biotechnologically-obtained molecules, to lessen wrinkles.
According to the company the active principles feature peptides that have similar effects to injection based treatments and laser procedures.
Using a blend of fruit acids antibacterial ogliopeptides, vitamins and other clinical actives, as well as multiple sesame and marine-based sebum-regulating agents, the A Series targets blemishes, claiming to clear the skin.
In the final P Series the company has bought together peptides, marine derivatives, metabolic enhancers, DNA protectors and antioxidants to create a skin care range that is specifically targeted at replenishing lost nutrients in the skin.
