According to court records, 46 year old Xin He (aka Faith He) persisted in offering these unlicensed treatments at her Bellevue salon despite repeated warnings from employers, regulators, agents and others.

She was convicted at the U.S District Court in Seattle on a felony count of Misbranding of a Drug While Held for Sale and two misdemeanor counts of Receipt & Proffered Delivery of an Adulterated Device.
