Global General Technologies’ (GLGT) subsidiary, Collagenna Skin Care, has signed an exclusive licensing agreement with Brazilian-based distributor, EF Do Brasil.
In addition to Brazil, the 3-year agreement includes Mercosul, a regional trade agreement between Argentina, Brazil, Paraguay and Uruguay.
EF Do Brasil, which represents brands such as Schwarzkopf Professional Series, will receive the first shipment of products in early 2010, according to Collagenna.
A 2008 market report by RNCOS said that the Brazilian cosmetics market had grown in double-digits, exceeding $20 billion in 2007.
