Rieke Dispensing has launched a new 10ml pump, which is said to be capable of handling a variety of liquid products from free-flowing liquids to highly viscous creams, as well as those containing small particulates.

Although developed primarily for the food and beverage industry - for example syrups and sauces - the RS10 is also suitable for other markets such as personal care and janitorial.

The RS10 features a two piece head design that allows discharge at a range of angles, including near vertical, for maximum consumer convenience. A special valve design ensures an accurate dose with a clean nozzle after dispensing and can also handle small particulates.

The company says that the dispenser can be used with a range of different closures and its appearance and two-colour head and printing options enable it to be effectively branded to meet individual product requirements.

Equally, in addition to the standard 10ml format, a range of other dosing options are available including an 8ml system.

Based in the US, Rieke Packaging provides a variety of packaging and processing solutions, with a focus on closures and dispensing system, for the food, beverage and personal care industries.
