Integrated cap label design
Ten Cate Plasticum has found a way to use in-mould-labelling (IML) foraerosol overcaps. The technology is normally used mainly for printing labelson boxes and lids. As it is a part of theinjection moulding process, the label is fully integrated with the plasticproduct and is scratch-proof. This allows an IML cap to be fully integratedinto the design and labelling used on the fullaerosol package. Any image can be applied to the cap, includingphotographs.
