Nars Cosmetics launches new cosmetics line featuring Andy Warhol

Renowned pop artist Andy Warhol will be the face for a new high end collection from Nar Cosmetics that is due to be distributed by Sephora later this year.

Marketed with Warhol's eponymous tag line: "Everyone is a super star, at least for 15 minutes", the first batch of color cosmetic products is due to hit stores next month, with further launches to be made in the run up to the holiday season.

Although the packaging and associated Warhol imagery is expected to make a big impression, the product line up will include color palettes, lip gloss, nail polishes and eye shadow.

The casing for the color cosmetic ranges will include pop art style images of Warhol, which are expected to become collectors pieces.
