Cosmoprof North America introduces Discover Pack

The Cosmoprof North America team have taken the decision to give packaging a stronger part on the show floor with the introduction of Discover Pack. 

When the event event opens its doors in Las Vegas, from July 9 - 11 it will feature a dedicated area for 12 exhibitors to showcase their packaging capabilities.

The space is expected to highlight the latest innovations in packaging technology, while underlining the huge impact that packaging plays in the beauty and personal care field. 

Benefits for packaging companies

The organizers say that there will be a number of benefits for the 12 companies that take up on the allocated spaces, including guaranteed face-to-face meetings, with US and international buyers, as well as valuable exposure from the prime show floor placement.

“The packaging section, like all our areas, has experienced steady growth year over year,” said Daniela Ciocan, Marketing Director, CPNA. 

“Discover Pack was created to meet growing demand while simultaneously taking advantage of the fact CPNA features over 1,000 finished goods companies and welcomes a large number of visitors from prime beauty hub, California- giving exhibitors a built-in client base and direct access to up-and-coming indie beauty brands seeking innovation.”

Building on Cosmopack Symposium

The Cosmopack Symposium event was launched as a separate event in New York two year ago as a means of showcasing Italian packaging expertise to the US beauty and personal care market. 

Indeed, the success of this earlier event meant that the next logical was to give packaging a bigger part at the CPNA event by developing and launching the Discover Pack area in an effort to give packaging companies more exposure to the increasingly important West Coast market. 

And to make the new event area even fresher, the organizers say that the 12 allocated spots will only be allocated to companies that have never exhibited at the event before.

Who can participate in Discover Pack?

The program is open to suppliers of innovative packaging, ingredients and raw material, novel contract manufacturing, innovative fillers, unique delivery encapsulation systems, converters, labelers and unique decoration process providers.

In line with the renewed emphasis on packaging, CNPA will be supporting this with an expanded conference program that will be specifically focused on various aspects of packaging, including trends and new technology.

The new event space tops off a range of dedicated spaces at CNPA that showcase different areas of the industry, including indie beauty brands, natural and organic products, featuring carefully curated displays that focus on innovation.
