The 25-year veteran of the chemical industry will be responsible for building the specialty chemical company’s manufacturing capability to support the start-up and operations of its biorefineries.

The Illinois-based company recently collaborated with Swiss enzyme company XiMo in order to further expand its own ingredient portfolio of emollients, surfactants and performance additives.
