The agreement to purchase the Sanex brand was signed and announced in March 2011, and has now been finalized without any problems.

Sanex is a personal care brand with a distinct positioning around healthy skin and has strong market share positions in Europe. Unilever were forced to sell following its acquisition of Alberto Culver.
